The covered product and version, manufacturer identity, regulatory basis, issue date and signed file will be presented together. Where applicable, device identifiers and assessment-body details must be consistent with the document.
Requesting documentation
Tell support which document and product you need for an institutional assessment. Do not assume certification before documentation is supplied. Another brand’s classification or certificates do not apply to RAI Health.
