Scope and document status
This text covers the raihealth.ai website and the Pro account on app.raipacs.com. It should not be treated as a final privacy notice until the verified controller identity and contact details, processing bases, recipients and retention schedule are complete. Clinical services also require institution-specific contracts and data-processing arrangements.
Information types and purposes
Registration and profile workflows may include email, name, profession, country and organization information supplied by the user. Account security, membership, credit usage, learning progress and support requests support service operation. Technical access and error records support security and troubleshooting.
Clinical content and access
Do not enter patient data into registration, marketing, payment or general support fields. Processing terms and access limits for a clinical feature must be explained separately. Selecting a country or interface language does not determine the hosting region.
Optional measurement and external content
Analytics and advertising measurement are separate choices. The current measurement implementation does not load the Google tag before the relevant permission. Clinical text, images, names and email addresses are excluded from measurement events. External video loads the provider’s player after visitor consent. See the Cookie policy for details.
Retention, transfers and rights requests
A single retention period should not be assumed for account, security, billing and clinical data. Service-specific recipients, countries, transfer mechanisms and deletion terms must be specified in the final notice. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. Identity verification may be required; do not attach identity documents or patient records to the first email.
