Our approach
We aim to make RAI Health usable with keyboards, screen readers and different screen sizes. WCAG 2.2 AA is a development target, not a claim of completed independent assessment or full conformance.
Areas of focus
We aim for meaningful link names, visible keyboard focus, readable text and pages that fit small screens. Documents are readable as HTML, can be navigated by headings and support browser zoom.
Known assessment limits
Not every assistive-technology combination has been verified for clinical viewers, microphone interactions and third-party video/CAPTCHA components. Captions and audio description in external videos may depend on the provider. You can request an alternative presentation of information you cannot access.
Accessibility feedback
Tell support the page address, the barrier, your browser and any assistive technology used. Describe the problem without patient data. These reports can help prioritize accessibility improvements.
