Image retention is off by default. Draft and final report text retention is a separate preference, on by default.

Our data protection approach

We are preparing the service to meet GDPR and KVKK requirements. Data regions, retention/deletion periods, subprocessors, transfer conditions and the data processing agreement will be published here before launch.

Express interest in Storage

You can share your country and approximate storage needs. Do not send patient information, DICOM files, reports or identity documents.

Remot Health OÜ records these details to assess your Storage request and contact you. This form does not create an account or subscription. Request details are retained for up to 180 days and removed by a daily deletion job. Our service providers are Supabase and Vercel. Raw IP addresses are not stored; abuse-prevention hashes are kept for up to 48 hours. To request access, correction or deletion: support@raipacs.com
