1. Before you begin
Use an up-to-date browser and a reliable internet connection. Read your account’s access scope and any pilot notices. Institutional authorization, service scope and data-processing arrangements must be verified separately before using real patient data.
2. Account and profile
Register or sign in using your own email address. Do not share verification codes. Check your profile, country and language, and enter only workspaces you are authorized to access.
3. Add source material
For a voice note, select a microphone and grant browser permission; monitor the listening indicator and stop when finished. Follow the displayed file formats and size limits. For DICOM images, check identifiers and text burned into pixels; do not assume masking removes every personal identifier.
4. Review the draft
Confirm the selected images and context before generating an AI report. Compare output with the source, checking laterality, measurements, drug names, negative findings and missing sections. Assessment of selected frames does not mean the entire study was assessed.
5. Finish and troubleshoot
Do not transfer an unverified draft to a patient record. Copying or exporting is not clinician approval or a report signature. After a connection, microphone or processing error, check the result before resubmitting; contact support with the time and a description without personal data. This guide does not replace approved instructions for a medical device.
