Status of this text
This page is a review version of the service terms. It does not create a new contractual acceptance or amend an existing signed institutional agreement. Contracting entity, tax, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and governing-law provisions must be finalized before sales open.
Account use
Keep account information accurate and do not share login credentials. Process only data you are authorized to use. Bypassing security controls, accessing another person’s account or harming the service is outside acceptable use.
Plans and credits
The planned Free tier provides 5 AI report credits per day and Pro provides 200. Each AI report use consumes one credit. Pro is priced at EUR 99 monthly or EUR 1,069.20 annually with a 10% discount. The 14-day / 20-credit trial is a separate allowance. Storage is separate; Enterprise terms are set in a proposal. Availability and payment status are limited to the scope shown in the account.
AI output and professional review
The user checks drafts for accuracy and completeness. Unverified AI output must not be treated as a signed report, definitive diagnosis or treatment instruction. Pilot access does not authorize clinical use.
Service changes and support
Material scope and document changes should be identified by date and version. Contact support with account, billing or usage questions. This draft contains no disclaimer removing statutory rights.
